In the past few weeks, meal planning (and actually following through with the plan) has been really good. We’re sticking to our plans and we’re enjoying everything we’ve been making. We’re also having a good time trying new recipes and finding new things that we love to eat.

This week we’re not trying any new recipes, but we do have some tasty meals:
– Saffron Cream Chicken with Rice and Broccoli
– Jenni Pork (you’ll find out what this is and why it’s called “Jenni pork” later this week) with Papitos
– Grilled/Smoked Fish with Spaghetti Squash and Wilted Spinach
– Lamb with Mashed Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts
– Pasta (of some kind) with Bread and Salad
– Chicken Burgers

I’ve been craving wintery meals lately, but it’s still not quite cold enough on a daily basis. It’s definitely starting to feel like fall is in the air though! Maybe that’s why we have a lot of comfort-type foods on the menu this week? Anyway…until next time, happy eating!
