What we’ve got going on this week:
– Rolled Tacos with Mexican White Rice
– Koussa (our first Arabic food in forever)
– Sausage, Cabbage, Apples, and Mashed Taters
– Red Snapper/Trout, Rice, and Okra
– Fettuccine Alfredo and Bread
– Ribs, Corn, and Potatoes

If you didn’t already know, Billy is half Arabic. While we don’t make Arabic food often, we try to make it at least once a month or so, but we haven’t done it in a while. I’ll make sure to post about the Koussa. Until next time, happy eating!
