We’ve got a short menu again this week…the long weekend up to Colorado really made us look lazy the last two weeks!

Nevertheless, here’s what we have going this week:
– Pasta, salad, and bread
– Tacos
– Steak and Lobster Tails, Potatoes, and Asparagus
– Risotto
– Family BBQ on Saturday

The steak/lobster is a carry-over from last week thanks to my mom bringing Chinese take-out the day before we left town. I have a lot to catch up on this week, so I’ll probably be back tonight. Until then, happy eating!
