In an effort to save money and eat healthier, Billy and I decided to make a weekly dinner menu each Sunday. While we don’t stick to the menu to a T every week, it seems to help us buy only the veggies we plan on using that week and we actually know what we’re cooking each day instead of scrounging around for food to cook.

This weeks dinners are:
– BBQ Chicken with Spinach and Pasta Salad
– Fajitas
– Steak and Lobster Tail, Mashed Taters, and Asparagus
– Risotto and Bread
– Salmon, Rice, and Brussels Sprouts

This weeks menu is short because we’re leaving for Colorado on Friday night, so Friday and Saturday’s meals are probably out. Good news is, we get to see the kiddos, and we’re probably going to Water World on Saturday!
